Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring for an Agent, Passenger Service to support airport operations. You will assist passengers with reservations, tickets, and baggage handling, ensuring smooth boarding and accurate flight documentation.

The role requires basic computer skills and solid English communication in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. We expect you to lift up to 50 lbs, work varied shifts including nights, and maintain security badge requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry capability.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations, issue tickets, and itineraries; compute fares.
• Handle baggage check-in, excess charges, and travel information.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates with ticket validation.
• Coordinate reservations, standby travelers, and luggage.
• Determine flight close-out times and complete flight docs.
• Process post-departure actions, invalidate tickets, and reports.
• Conduct lost and found duties and return items.
• Process lost/damaged baggage claims, and forward larger claims.
• Receive and process airfreight shipments and prepare docs.
• Maintain inventory records for shipments and warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with site security protocols and report breaches.
