Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or line service or applicable experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Adaptability and availability to cover shifts at short notice.
• Available to work weekends/holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be very organized.
• Must multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must work well in a team and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ramp operations including fueling, ground power, transportation, catering, and related items; communicate needs to ramp lead.
• Enter and update reservations in scheduling software.
• Maintain professional communication via email and radio.
• Assist customers with requested services such as catering, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Inform department manager of service lapses and report promptly.
• Provide daily briefings and handoffs with updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.
