Job summary

Skyservice Fontainebleau, a Skyservice company, is accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Interact with customers, coordinate fueling, catering, car rentals, hotel bookings, and reservations; maintain logs and handle invoicing and data entry.

Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Strong communication, multitasking, and client-service skills are essential. Aviation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with standard computer programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide high-quality service.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain Aircraft Entry Log and communicate with lineservice crew.
• Answer general phone lines and forward to the right person.
• Handle invoicing and data entry.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
• Support other duties as assigned.
