Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Duty Duty Manager (Ramp and Passenger) to oversee Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for both contracted and charter flights. You will direct training, ensure safety and security compliance, and coordinate with TSA and airline personnel to maintain service quality.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, ability to interpret regulations, and willingness to work diverse shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, and interpret business and airline procedures.
• Experience reading airline and TSA related policies is preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for flights.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations and Customer Service staff with compliance training.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA rules and company procedures.
• Maintains emergency checklists and prepares reports on ground activities.
• Handles billing and payment data, cash handling, and ordering supplies.
• Must be available to work swing and graveyard shifts, plus weekends and holidays.
