Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice company, is hiring Customer Service Representatives to interact with clients in business aviation. The role requires handling customer inquiries, coordinating services, and supporting flight-related arrangements.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Aviation experience is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Weekend availability and flexibility for overtime during peak seasons are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard service to customers per Skyservice philosophy.
• Coordinate communication between customers, line service crew and staff.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain and update Aircraft Entry Log and inform line service crew accordingly.
• Answer general phone lines and route to the appropriate person.
• Fill out digital forms for new clients and promote additional aircraft services.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid or overdue accounts and arrange payment if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
