Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. is growing and seeks an experienced Lineservice supervisor to lead a ramp and support team. You will ensure safety, security, and SOP compliance while delivering high-quality service to clients on the ramp and adjacent areas.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in Lineservice or related aviation role.
• Knowledge of aviation/FBO or commercial ramp operations.
• Strong computer skills and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of safety standards and programs, and compliance with security and safety regulations.
• Participate in information gathering for occurrence report investigations and closings.
• Prevent and investigate Lineservice occurrence reports and notify authorities as needed.
• Ensure personnel adhere to the company security policy.
• Deliver high level service to customers in line with Skyservice philosophy and SOPs.
• Manage ramp and apron operations, including anti-icing in coordination with authorities and tenants.
• Monitor ramp personnel to ensure safe operations of ramp and hangars.
• Provide solutions to client problems with Skyservice personnel.
• Coordinate towing and fueling with Maintenance and Customer Service.
• Inspect ramp, hangar, and fuel farm.
• Maintain fleet stock of vehicles and ground service equipment; ensure safety and supply of fuel.
• Oversee log books and fueling/hangar information for billing and quality.
• Provide direction, training, supervision, and performance management to Lineservice team.
• Foster strong relationships within the Lineservice team.
• Recruit and manage personnel, handle disciplinary actions as required.
• Maintain aviation fuel inventory for client needs.
• Coordinate with Sales/Client Services for client relations and quotations.
• Understand client needs and Maintenance operations to maintain relationships.
• Support accounting with invoice tracking and approvals.
• Build relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
