• Directs and trains Ground Operations Agents; maintains training records.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA regulations; coordinates with TSA and air carriers.
• Prepares verbal and written reports on ground service activities.
• Handle billing-related duties and ensure shift coverage, including weekends.
