Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and write English.
• Complete all required training.
• Only complete tasks for which you are fully trained.
• Report any safety hazard or incident immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer luggage and load/unload baggage on aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and push back as needed.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) such as tugs and belt loaders.
• Meet arriving flights and service departing flights.
• Assist customers with special needs and coordinate with service agents.
• Maintain safety of ramp areas and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Communicate using a two-way radio and follow safety regulations.
