In this role you will conduct briefs, distribute training materials, create schedules, coach staff, and provide hands-on support to the Training Department. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and conflict resolution skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-the-job training for new hires and recurrent training.
• Conduct briefs and distribute training materials to mentors.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Provide hands-on assistance to Training Department and feedback to managers.
• Ensure on-time performance and quality customer service.
• Supervise and monitor ramp personnel and adjust to operational needs.
