Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a reliable Ramp Agent to support our ground handling team. The role focuses on baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment, requiring safety, teamwork, and strong customer service skills.

You will complete ramp training, operate service vehicles, assist passengers, perform cabin maintenance tasks, and help de-ice aircraft while maintaining high service standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must complete ramp training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Previous airline or front-line customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft; de-ice aircraft.
• Provide cabin maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist passengers and support team to ensure safety and service quality.
