Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience.
• Ability to lead or direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• FAA/TSA security training and certifications as required during probation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and ongoing training.
• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in ramp operations for scheduled and charter flights.
• Coordinate activities with airline personnel, station management, and TSA representatives.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment and ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Prepare verbal and written reports on ground service activities and performance.
• Maintain emergency checklists and ensure safety procedures are followed.
