Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and coordinate loading/unloading of baggage and cargo. Responsibilities include operating ramp equipment, wing-walker duties, and potential cabin service tasks, all while upholding safety and security standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain necessary credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage, airmail and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties (cleaning, restocking).
• Adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Complete work safely and in line with company standards and report hazards.
