Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a proactive Ramp Lead to guide a team of agents, marshal aircraft on the ramp, and ensure safe operations during loading, unloading and servicing duties. The role includes wing walker responsibilities and use of ramp equipment, with potential cabin service tasks as required.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (or GED), is at least 18, and can obtain airport credentials. Expect rotating shifts, physical demands, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a ramp team and coordinate personnel.
• Must be able to marshal aircraft and perform wing walker duties safely.
• Strong commitment to safety policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and pushback.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment (stairs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service tasks and restock supplies as needed.
