Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to manage a ramp team, marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and maintain safety on the tarmac. The role focuses on efficient operations and adherence to airline ground service standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with crew, operating ramp equipment, and performing wing walker duties as needed. The position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and the ability to obtain airport credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties as needed.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements on site.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
