Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a ramp lead to supervise a team responsible for marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, and performing cabin service duties as needed. The role includes operate ramp equipment and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on shift.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver's license, with credentials as required by airport/state authorities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings during pushback and de-icing as needed.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, mail and cargo to/from aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Monitor safety and enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.
