Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to lead a ramp team responsible for marshaling aircraft, loading/unloading baggage, and performing introductory cabin services. You will oversee safety, ensure efficient ramp operations, and coordinate with ground crew to support timely aircraft departures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and flexibility in shift times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as needed.
• Load, unload and transfer baggage and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties (cleaning, restocking).
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance.
