Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a ramp team lead to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and oversee ramp operations. You will ensure safety, operate belt loaders and tow tractors, and may perform cabin service duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, can obtain airport credentials, and are willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and company materials.
• Operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties such as cleaning and restocking.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions and company safety policies.
• Report safety incidents and potential hazards and follow Unifi policies.

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
