Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring to lead a ramp team responsible for marshalling aircraft, loading/unloading baggage, and maintaining aircraft cabins and equipment. The role includes de-icing, inspections, and operating ramp gear.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and be able to obtain required credentials for airport/state regulations. Benefits include flight privileges after 30 days and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wings from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Promotes and adheres to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities.
