Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead the day-to-day station operations, supervise Agents/Clerks, and ensure safety and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College coursework or college degree desirable.
• Possess a valid REAL ID driver's license or travel authority as required.
• Previous airline/airport operations experience; supervisory preferred.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Willingness to work non-standard schedules as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time performance.
• Support the Manager in meeting operational targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies and procedures.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency within the operation.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in conference calls, audits and report preparation.
• Coordinate with airport management, community, regulators, and HQ staff.
• Maintain records such as time and attendance and personnel files.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance to team members.
• Work in operations during peak or irregular periods as necessary.
