Job summary

Avflight Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to assist travelers and cargo customers at the airport. You will handle inquiries, tickets, refunds, baggage, and preparations for flights, while guiding passengers to aircraft and supporting ramp operations.

The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 18 years or older; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to all customers and handle inquiries.
• Prepare itineraries, issue tickets, refunds, and process baggage handling.
• Guide passengers to aircraft and manage boarding as needed.
• Load/unload cargo and assist with ramp operations.
• Clean and service cabin interiors and operate ground equipment.
