PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring Ramp Agents to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, while guiding aircraft to gates and ensuring safe, on-ground operations in accordance with airline guidelines.

Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, have a valid driver's license, strong English communication skills, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, US Customs).
• Airlines operate 24/7; shifts include nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Repetitive loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment such as pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Read and analyze aircraft load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates.
• Ensure safe movement of aircraft on the ground and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Lift heavy objects in varying weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and airline personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures for ramp operations.
• Adapt to changing flight schedules and priorities.
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
