JINYA Ramen Bar in Reston, VA is seeking a dedicated BOH Line Cook to support Kitchen Managers and ensure guest satisfaction through precise ramen execution. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain high quality and consistency of all food productions while assisting with prep and station cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year restaurant experience, strong safety and sanitation knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year restaurant kitchen experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and instructions from Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow health, safety and JINYA policies and procedures.
• Assist with station prep and support team to ensure efficient service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
