Job summary

Redi Carpet is seeking a Field Account Manager to lead sales in the Raleigh–Durham region, engaging with property managers and owners to promote Multifamily flooring services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, customer service excellence, and achievement of targets through strategic outreach and value-based selling. Travel and local market knowledge are essential, with a required MVR check for driving a company/personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance sales performance, profitability, and satisfaction, and oversee forecasting and reporting of activities and pricing tactics.
• Develop a strategic sales call schedule and conduct face-to-face visits to identify opportunities and increase revenue with value-added solutions, addressing objections and challenges.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet or exceed sales and margin plans using a CRM tool.
• Pursue new account opportunities via effective cold calling to grow territory.
