Redi Carpet in the Charleston area is seeking a Field Account Manager to build lasting relationships with property managers, owners, and multifamily partners while driving territory growth and new business opportunities.

This role requires face-to-face sales, strategic prospecting, and delivering exceptional service; candidates should have B2B sales experience, proficiency with Salesforce, and the ability to operate a company or personal vehicle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• BS/BA in business or related field; 5-8 years of experience in a related area OR MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with Consultative or Solution Based Selling in B2B sales.

Responsabilidades

• Exceeds sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies.
• Generates a strategic sales call schedule and engages in face-to-face customer visits to identify opportunities and increase revenue.
• Identifies and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet sales and margin plans using CRM tools.
• Focuses on new account opportunities using effective cold call strategies to drive territory growth.
• Implements approved sales strategies to achieve targeted outcomes while maintaining product knowledge and client relations.
• Uses CRM reporting to identify opportunities and track performance.
• Collaborates with inside sales to support business growth.
