• Experience using data to inform recruiting strategies and workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Americas SSG Talent Acquisition team toward goals.
• Execute executive-level searches and strategic hiring plans with senior leaders.
• Serve as global TA focal point, coordinating across regions for alignment.
