Siemens Mobility is seeking a Building Automation Operations Manager for our Raleigh, NC team. The role is onsite daily and focuses on leading execution across a project portfolio, driving profitable growth, and ensuring delivery excellence in line with Siemens Smart Infrastructure - Buildings standards.

You will partner with PMO, Operations Excellence, and LPO, manage costs, and guide pricing and scope with Sales.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading operations in a project-based environment.
• 5+ years of building automation experience.
• Financial acumen including revenue, margin, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Project Management, and operations groups.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver''s license and be eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• People leadership and workforce planning experience is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and issue-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end operational performance across the project portfolio while adhering to Siemens Smart Infrastructure - Buildings standards.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual budget targets for revenue, gross margin, and operating margin.
• Plan, direct, and oversee operational activities to support sustainable growth and consistent execution.
• Monitor project performance to control costs, manage risk, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost.
• Collaborate with central Operations teams to leverage standard tools and best practices.
• Provide operational and technical support to Sales, including pricing guidance and scope definition.
• Lead workforce planning—hiring, developing, and managing resources for current and future needs.
• Ensure balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital performance align with company expectations.
