Siemens seeks a Project Manager to lead the execution of project plans for sub-projects in our Raleigh, NC operations. You will coordinate activities, manage budgets between $100K and $2.5M, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will guide technical and administrative staff, maintain schedules, handle subcontractors, and coordinate with accounting for billing. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within our Smart Buildings solutions.

Formación

• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 1+ years of experience managing projects.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps.
• Guide technical or administrative staff.
• Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plan.
• Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.
• Be responsible for one large project.
• Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.
