Job summary

Catholic Charities East Bay is seeking a Development Database Coordinator to monitor and produce data reports in Raiser's Edge, ensuring data integrity and accurate input from multiple programs.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, team collaboration, and proficiency with Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, and MS Office to support fundraising initiatives and monthly/quarterly reporting for the Development Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge 7 and Microsoft Office required.
• Flexible and willing to acquire new or shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and integrity of the Raisers Edge database and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate donor data and track cultivation activities, histories, and reporting calendars.
• Monitor gift entry for proper coding and monitor new record creation after campaigns.
• Produce segmented donor reports and perform data cleanup projects.
• Ensure database structure and procedures are up to date and integrate multiple software programs.
• Learn and be proficient in Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue reports and reports for committees and board.
• Reconcile gifts with Finance and respond to data requests from staff.
