Real Property Management Southland is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth in the Long Beach area. You will meet property owner leads, sign them for management services, and build our brand through targeted outreach.

The role blends sales and marketing, requiring proven results, regional knowledge, and ability to network with brokerages and referrals. Competitive compensation, uncapped commissions, health benefits, and retirement plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years proven and verifiable success in sales.
• Two or more years in marketing.
• Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills.
• Managing referrals across departments.
• Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, Social Media.
• Self starter.
• Located within 20 miles of Long Beach, California.
• Local area knowledge.
• Real Estate Salespersons License (Preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet with property owner leads and sign them up for management services.
• Prospect expired listings and for rent by owner listings.
• Network with local Brokerages and other referral partners.
• Attend networking events weekly.
• Create informational and fun content to drive business through social media.
• Sit on the leadership team and oversee sales & marketing.
• Work with our marketing partners to drive leads (PPC, Social, Organic).
• Run CMA reports for rentals.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff.
