Job summary

Prime Renovate Inc. in Southern California is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to turn property needs into signed scopes of work.

You will walk properties, build relationships with managers and owners, and generate new maintenance and renovation contracts. This role rewards a self-starter with a proven B2B sales background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with service-based offerings.
• Background in construction, renovation, or property management.
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently.
• Professional communicator with property managers and owners.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with apartment managers, owners, and HOA decision-makers.
• Walk properties, identify renovation and maintenance opportunities, and present solutions.
• Generate new contracts for maintenance services, unit turnovers, and renovation scopes.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts—repeat business and referrals are a priority.
• Communicate job status and client updates clearly to the operations team.
• Track your pipeline, document activity, and report on account growth.
• Travel to job sites and client properties as needed.
