Job summary

Blue Door Living, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new property management clients and owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage LeadSimple CRM, and ensure a clean, active pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or business development, a track record of hitting targets, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and closing new business, with proven relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, in-person networking, and presenting services.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: prospect for property management clients, run discovery calls, present services, and close PMAs.
• Marketing: plan and run lead-generating campaigns and manage company presence (website, brochures, social).
• CRM and Pipeline Management: own LeadSimple end-to-end, keep pipeline accurate, and refine sales processes.
