Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to operating rules, safety rules and regulations for safe movement of on-track equipment.
• Assist customers with freight car movements, notifications, and verify billing information.
• Ensure customer railcars move in the correct manner.
• Call crews to work when trains are listed and record crew availability.
• Prepare miscellaneous invoices for billing.
