Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc. in Paducah, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support train operations by crew calling, scheduling and assigning train and engine personnel in accordance with FRA, AAR, and Company rules.

Safety procedures and company policies must be followed. Qualifications include strong computer and phone skills, the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends, and the capability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Qualificações

• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Working evenings, nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage time and multi-task under pressure.
• Bargaining agreement with membership required; specific duties and locations defined by the agreement.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and adhere to operating rules, safety procedures, and regulations for safe movement of on-track equipment.
• Assist customers with freight car movements, notifications, and verify billing information.
• Ensure customer railcars move in correct manner.
• Call crews to work when trains are listed and record crew availability.
• Prepare miscellaneous invoices for billing.
