Responsibilities

• Quote railroad products to customers (e.g., crossties, switch ties, bridge materials).
• Order management and follow-up.
• Provide customer service including inquiries, order tracking and feedback.
• Interface with plant locations regarding inventory, production, freight rates and logistics.
• Provide support for outside sales managers.
• Follow procedures established by credit, logistics and tax departments.
