Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Sales/technical sales experience with electro-mechanical solutions preferred.
• 3+ years in power distribution, switchgear manufacturing, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Technical estimating & solutions development for traction power substation and rail applications.
• Engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions and presentations, maintaining long-term relationships.
• Provide product expertise on DC/AC products including DC switchgear, rectifiers, power converters, and protection relays.
• Develop strategic sales plan to build pipeline and achieve annual sales goals.
• Model financial business cases to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and monitor market trends.
• Represent the company at trade associations and client events.
