Job summary

Loram Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to perform lubrication and maintenance services for railroad customers across a defined region. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction while meeting uptime and fuel efficiency goals.

The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma, preferred technical degree, and field service experience with a customer-facing focus. Travel is 100% with required pre-employment checks and CDL eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications; ability to obtain CDL.
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• 1+ years of Field service experience with customer facing role.
• 2+ years in railroad environment, field service, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face lubricator units per guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Plan work, develop schedules, and manage inventory on maintenance vehicle; work independently.
