Job summary

Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to perform customer service and maintenance across a designated region.

You will service top-of-rail and gauge-face lubricators, manage on-vehicle inventory, and complete tickets and warranty paperwork to ensure uptime and reliability. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain a CDL, and 1+ year of field service or railroad experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.
• 1+ year of field service experience with customer facing role.
• 2+ years in railroad environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Solve problems using appropriate logic and methods.
• Adhere to railroad and Loram operating rules.
• Process work orders, delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns.
• Build customer and supplier relations; coordinate with Sales to meet expectations.
