Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to support customers across a defined region. You will perform lubrication services on rail equipment, maintain uptime and ensure safety and quality standards on site with travel as required.

The role requires a High School diploma, railroad safety training, and the ability to obtain a CDL. Preferred is an associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical and at least 1 year of field service experience in a railroad environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.

Responsabilidades

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face units per guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service programs for railroad customers.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicle and plan work to meet objectives.
• Process work orders and delivery tickets; resolve issues proactively.
• Build customer and supplier relations; coordinate with Sales.
