Loram Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to deliver customer service and maintenance within a defined region. The role emphasizes uptime, safety, and adherence to Loram operating rules while building strong customer relations.

The position requires high school diploma, railroad safety training, and CDL readiness, with opportunities for advancement through additional education and field experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL ability is preferred and railroad safety training/certifications must be maintained.
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate rail top of rail and gauge face units per guidelines.
• Perform railroad lubrication service program for customers.
• Manage maintenance vehicle inventory and plan work to meet objectives.
• Process work orders, delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns.
