Job summary

Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to deliver customer service and maintenance support across a designated region, ensuring equipment uptime and reliability for railway customers.

You will perform lubrication services, manage field inventory, and coordinate with Sales to meet customer expectations. Pre-employment checks, CDL eligibility, and safety training are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.
• 1+ years of Field service experience with a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in a railroad environment with field service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicle and plan schedules to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales to meet customer expectations and build relations.
