Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, rail safety training, ability to obtain a CDL, and 1+ year of field service experience with customer interaction; travel is frequent, and you will collaborate with sales and service teams to fulfill customer

• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face units to guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicle and plan work.
• Process work orders and delivery tickets; proactive problem resolution.
• Build customer and supplier relations; coordinate with Sales.
