Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring for a Car Loader/Unloader at our Littleton terminal, responsible for moving vehicles on and off railcars and parking them for inventory checks.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork with early start times and a five-day week. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and outdoor work in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift 40lbs overhead.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Manual transmission experience is preferred but not required.
• Open availability: must work 5 days a week including Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
