Starting pay is $24.58/hour with paid training and comprehensive benefits. The position requires outdoors work, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work a 4-on/2-off cycle, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift 40lbs overhead.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on railcars.
• Manual transmission experience is preferred.
• Open availability to work 5 days a week, including Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to move vehicles timely.
• Follow safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
