Job summary

CF Rail Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive day-to-day railcar repair operations, from customer coordination to project completion. You will lead a small to mid-sized team, enforce safety, and ensure high-quality workmanship with on-time delivery across North America.

The role combines hands-on leadership with budgeting and performance management, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now for timekeeping.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce procedures.
• Supervise 1–20 employees to meet quality and schedule goals.
• Coordinate with repair facility functions and customers.
• Ensure accurate, timely regulatory documentation and timekeeping.
