Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain all required regulatory testing and certifications.
• Candidates must hold a locomotive engineers and conductor certification.
• Strong safety and procedural compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates train crews in switching railroad cars.
• Communicates switching orders focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Uses reports to organize customer changes to cars and train lists.
• Ensures daily train lists are executed accurately and timely.
• Investigates incidents and prepares accurate reports.
