Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring for a Car Loader/Unloader in Aston, PA, to move vehicles within our terminal operations. You will drive vehicles on/off railcars, park them for inventory and inspection, and report any damage.

Cleanliness and safety are essential as you collaborate with teammates to ensure timely vehicle movement. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to work outdoors in varying weather, with the ability to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs over head while standing; climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
