Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Car Loader/Unloader in Aston, PA to move vehicles within terminal operations. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars and park them for inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and safety. This role requires outdoor work and valid licensing.

The position offers paid training, competitive pay starting at $18.00/hr, and benefits. Candidates must be available five days a week and pass background, medical, and drug screenings.

Qualifications

Starting Pay: $18.00/hr.

Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

Schedule: start time 8:00am, 5 days a week which could include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | Open availability required.

About The Role

As a Car Loader/Unloader, you play a vital role in the movement of vehicles within our terminal operations. You'll be responsible for safely driving vehicles on and off railcars, then properly parking them in designated lots for inventory checks and quality control. Your attention to detail and safety ensures efficient operations and protects valuable cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
• Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
• Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required
• Open availability required, with the ability to work 5 days a week.

  • The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
