Job summary

Precision Vehicle Holdings in Ohio is seeking a Rail Loader to prepare new vehicles for rail transport with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will drive and park vehicles, select units for loading, inspect and inventory, and load/unload cars using scanners and ramp equipment, complying with safety and rail standards. This is an onsite full-time role with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong driving skills with safety, quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and loading equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and park new vehicles in holding lots or facilities.
• Select vehicles for loading based on predefined criteria.
• Ensure quality handling and distribution of vehicles post-production.
• Utilize scanning technology to assign vehicles to railcars.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain inventory records.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles onto/from railcars per standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain operational efficiency.
