Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architectural or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction or transit quality management and/or assurance.
• Experience developing and implementing QA programs and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating work across the project phases.
• Develop and implement project-specific QA programs.
• Read and interpret construction documents such as drawings, specs, reports, and maps.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure current contract documents and standards are used.
• Prepare inspector reports, cost-to-date and submittals.
• Assist with quantity surveys and take-offs from documents and work in place.
• Enforce, monitor and document quality management practices of task orders.
• Prepare and compile contract plans, specifications and estimates.
• Manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines.
• Attend meetings and record/distribute minutes.
• Communicate with team to meet milestones and quality guidelines.
