Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support overall Project Manager by executing project management responsibilities for respective discipline, including developing hours estimates and scope.
• Oversee sub-tasks within their discipline for a project.
• Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, schedules, and contractor plans; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide engineering/project management support to the client's project implementation team.
• Provide technical expertise related to engineering, constructability, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate engineering and implementation per plans and specs.
• Document and oversee processes ensuring conformance with procedures and requirements.
• Evaluate design and construction for risks and recommend alternatives.
• Assist in preparing final documentation for the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR).
• Review contractor payment requests and project costs; make recommendations.
• Report project status to client's internal stakeholders.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
